This 46 m² apartment is perfect for a short or extended stay for couples, solo travelers, small groups, or families with young children.

*Fast and reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace (either a fold-out desk or the kitchen table) make it easy for one or even two people to work comfortably.

*1 night for two guests – €100. Every additional guest €20 extra.
*2 nights – from €130, every additional guest €10 extra per night.

• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED at the time of booking, otherwise a fine of €100/night/guest will be charged.
• To bring visitors, you must notify me in advance and receive approval. Maximum 2 additional visitors.
• Only registered persons may have keys to the apartment at any time during the booking.
• All guests are responsible for any damage caused in the building's stairwell and yard, including legal costs.
• Illegal drugs are not allowed in our Illegal drugs are not allowed in our apartment.
• Smoking weed is prohibited in the apartment, stairwell or yard belonging to the house.
• No smoking of any kind is allowed in my house! - guests will be charged a fine of €250 and additional costs incurred to eliminate the smell of smoke from the apartment.
• Smoking is ONLY allowed outside, after exiting through the front door of the apartment building. Cigarette butts must be thrown into the nearest city garbage container.
